About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring Engineer to join our Customer IT Infrastructure team. As a Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Zabbix monitoring instance, ensuring high availability, and monitoring SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize all components of the Zabbix monitoring instance, including provisioning high availability at different levels.
- Monitor SLA compliance and directly configure monitoring metrics, triggers, alerts, and other components.
- Create and modify monitoring templates and dashboards using Grafana.
- Ensure PostgreSQL backup and high availability.
- Improve monitoring quality through retrospective analysis of trigger precision and recall.
- Generate reports based on data from monitoring systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a senior Zabbix admin or Prometheus admin.
- 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Grafana.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Proficiency with Git/GitLab/CI/CD.
- Experience with RPM-based Linux.
- Knowledge of bash/Python.
- PowerShell scripting (optional).
