We are seeking a skilled Retail IT Assistant to join our team at Salomon. As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT systems, including hardware and network management, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
  • Network Management: Install, manage, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP addresses.
  • IT Security: Implement security measures to protect data and systems from attacks.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users and train them in the use of equipment and software.
  • Upgrades: Regularly upgrade systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Documentation and Training: Keep records of repairs and interventions, and inform partner companies of any changes or modifications to standards.

What You'll Learn:

You will develop your technical skills in an international, multicultural company specializing in outdoor and sportstyle products.

You'll apply your skills to concrete, operational issues.

You will evolve in a matrix and international context.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users and team members.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Additional Information:

An internship agreement provided by your current school or university is mandatory.

This is a full-time paid internship based in Annecy, at the Salomon headquarters.
