We are seeking a skilled Retail IT Assistant to join our team at Salomon. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT systems and networks within our store network in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware Configuration: Install and configure computers, software, and peripherals, as well as maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and printers.

- Network Management: Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP addresses.

- IT Security: Implement security measures to protect data and systems against attacks.

- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users and train them in the use of equipment and software.

- Upgrades: Carry out regular upgrades of systems to ensure their proper functioning.

- Documentation and Training: Keep records of repairs and interventions carried out, and inform partner companies of any changes or modifications to standards.

What You'll Learn:

You will develop your technical skills within the international scope of a multicultural company specializing in outdoor and sportstyle products.

You'll be able to apply your skills to concrete, operational issues.

You will evolve in a matrix and international context.

Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems, networks, and security protocols.

Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.

Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users and team members.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Additional Information:

An internship agreement provided by your current school/university or equivalent is mandatory.

This is a full-time paid internship based in Annecy, at the Salomon headquarters.
