Job Summary:

Aveda EMEA seeks a Digital Education and Events Assistant to provide administrative support to the Education team. The role involves creating and collating social media content, presenting at market calls, and building e-learnings using Articulate 360 Riser software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media content for Sephora and Aveda retail education in Europe
  • Provide administrative support to the Education team
  • Present at monthly market calls and prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Build e-learnings using Articulate 360 Riser software
  • Support EMEA markets with navigating the Aveda education platform and SharePoint
  • Collate competitor intelligence
  • Research hair trends and follow fashion weeks activity

Requirements:

  • English proficiency and proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Masters Degree or Equivalent in Fashion, Media, Event, Art/Creative studies
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
  • At least one previous experience
