JCDecaux is seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Reporting and ESG Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our extra-financial strategy and performance, ensuring we effectively communicate our sustainability commitments and achievements to both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sustainability Reporting: Lead the development and publication of our annual sustainability report, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Investor Relations & ESG Analysis: Develop compelling ESG presentations for investors and engage with ESG analysts, providing insightful responses to their inquiries.
- Extra-Financial Rating Agencies: Coordinate our responses to leading extra-financial rating agencies such as EcoVadis and CDP, analyzing results and driving continuous improvement across our sustainability performance.
- Governance & Compliance: Present our ESG strategy to internal governance bodies and support the implementation of sustainable practices throughout the organization.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Sustainability Reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.
- Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to manage projects effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change within our industry.
