As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the Company's Accountant to facilitate seamless administrative and financial processes. There is an opportunity for career advancement into the position of General Accountant in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and monitoring supplier invoices with detailed analytical reports
  • Organizing and preparing payment schedules for supplier invoices
  • Recording and reconciling customer payments
  • Overseeing the accounting for the company's online sales platforms
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Assisting in monthly financial closings
  • Tracking and clearing provisions
  • Creating and managing performance dashboards
  • Addressing customer disputes and follow-ups
  • Supporting the management of sales teams (Expense Reports, Vehicles, Insurances)
  • Updating and improving internal databases within our ERP system
  • Managing specific cases, including DES Declaration
  • Organizing and archiving financial documents

Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in accounting (BTS or equivalent) along with a proven track record of 3 years in a similar capacity within a company or firm. You are proactive and take responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the financial data you present to management. Your meticulous nature, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail will be key assets in this role.
