About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our team at CREDOC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial functions of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounting department, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the payroll process, including salary administration, benefits, and time-off management.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the company's assets, including property, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial risks.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
