We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our team at CREDOC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial functions of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the accounting department, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the payroll process, including salary administration, benefits, and time-off management.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the company's assets, including property, equipment, and vehicles.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial risks.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
