About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager at Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies coordinates the marketing efforts for the company's product portfolio, including the brands: Cilander, Senfa, and Planofil. The candidate deeply understands the coating and textile industry and its target audience, especially the military and nautical applications.

Through close collaboration with the CEO, CMO, sales, and R&D teams, and cross-functional teamwork, the Product Marketing Manager is able to shape effective go-to-market strategies.

The working location is Hybrid, with a component of remote working.

The role will include frequent travel between France and Switzerland, with occasional transfers overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the Marketing Strategy: In synergy with internal stakeholders, develop the marketing strategy (product, pricing, positioning, promotion) for SenfaCilander and its brands.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Outline the complete go-to-market strategy and project plan for SenfaCilander and its brands.
  • Product Marketing Output: Improve SenfaCilander's b2b product marketing output.
  • Product Marketing Content: Shape and align product marketing content that targets prospective customers.
  • External Partnerships: Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders.
  • Marketing Budget: Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI.
  • Customer Acquisition: Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications.
Requirements
  • Textile and Coating Experience: Significant textile and coating experience (bachelor's degree, work experience).
  • Product Marketing Experience: Significant product marketing and development experience.
  • Go-to-Market Experience: Experience in go-to-market of technical b2b products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – French is a plus.
  • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
  • Strategic Thinking: Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile.
