Role Overview
The primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Spa Manager in the organization and administration of spa operations.
- Welcoming clients and managing the schedule of treatments.
- Ensuring the promotion, advice, and sale of services and products to enhance business growth within the spa.
- Administering various treatment types in accordance with the protocols established by the brands partnered with Club Med.
- Maintaining service quality, client satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Monitoring and supporting the training levels of the team.
- Promoting spa services throughout the facility.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Willingness to reside on-site.
- Certification in the relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist or beautician.
- Knowledge and practical experience in various body and facial treatments, particularly relaxation techniques.
- Proficiency in foreign languages (in addition to English).
