Brand Manager

At Haleon, we are seeking a Brand Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our select Core brands. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of global strategies and executing across all facets of the marketing mix to achieve short and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Localize the global innovation vision board to drive brand growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and expert teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Work with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-store support.
  • Manage brand equity through effective deployment and localization of global toolkits.
  • Lead the development of annual market activation planning, including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives.
  • Drive superior execution of programs and plans, including media, creative development, and digital initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of brand marketing or commercial management experience.
  • Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in FMCG, pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite and panel tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
