Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our select Core brands within our portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to deploy global strategies and execute across all facets of the marketing mix to achieve short and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Localize the global innovation vision board to ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and expert teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Drive strong customer engagement and in-store support through effective collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage brand equity through the effective deployment and localization of global toolkits.
- Lead the development of annual market activation planning, including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives, and manage agency and brand budget.
- Drive superior execution of programs and plans, including media, creative development, and digital initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of brand marketing or commercial management experience.
- Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience in FMCG, pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields.
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite and panel tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
