Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage accounts payable invoices in ivalua and Sage
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and review payment vouchers for accuracy and compliance
- Perform accounting closing tasks, including prepaid expenses and unreceived invoices
- Analyze discrepancies and variances in financial data
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve and enhance our financial systems and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sage or other accounting software
