A prestigious luxury house is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to drive excellence in customer experience at one of its top-performing flagship boutiques worldwide.

As a true brand ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team and enhancing the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:Team Management:
  • Ensure the implementation of the brand's strategy and ensure the team understands and aligns with store objectives.
  • Supervise, train, and coach the team to achieve high levels of product expertise and customer experience.
  • Organize and oversee the sales floor to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and manage annual performance evaluations.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and retention of top talent.
  • Define and monitor individual skill development actions.
Business Operations:
  • Track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement action plans to develop sales, customer experience, and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports to the store manager on team activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and optimize the use of available tools.
  • Oversee the application of Visual Merchandising guidelines to maintain optimal product presentation.
Brand Representation:
  • Create personalized client experiences, leveraging the brand's culture and expertise.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in events and projects aimed at promoting the brand.
Profile Sought:Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the beauty or luxury sector.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, strong team-oriented approach.

Personal Qualities:

Proactive, strong listening skills, adaptability, and a passion for performance and challenges.

Cultural Awareness:

Fluency in English is required.
