The Ponticelli Frères Group is currently seeking to strengthen its workforce in the Rhône Alpes Region.

As a key player in construction projects and/or industrial maintenance within the nuclear sector, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise as a Lead Piping/Welding Team Supervisor (M/F) and play a vital role in the transformation of essential services such as energy, health, water, food, and safety, all while respecting the planet and its workforce.

This is a permanent position located in the Rhône Alpes Region.

The responsibilities associated with this role include:

  • QSSE ACTIVITIES:
    • Organizing tasks and team efforts to adhere to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards set by the PONTICELLI Group and its clients.
    • Implementing and communicating necessary collective and individual safety measures to ensure successful task execution.
    • Adhering to operational procedures and conducting risk assessments for tasks under your supervision.
    • Reporting all safety-related incidents promptly.
    • Leading safety discussions aligned with the Group's objectives based on project scale.
    • Exercising your responsibility to alert and withdraw in hazardous situations.
  • OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
    • Contributing to the technical preparation of work.
    • Applying best practices and operational procedures as outlined in the intervention documentation.
    • Executing assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
    • Supervising the team members under your guidance.
    • Coordinating, monitoring, and directing the team's activities.
    • Managing equipment on-site effectively.
    • Ensuring the proper execution of work.
    • Providing progress reports to your superiors.
  • FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
    • Overseeing the technical and administrative aspects of your team.
  • MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
    • Facilitating the daily development of your team members by sharing your expertise.
    • Participating in the periodic evaluation of team performance.

Frequent travel may be required, both domestically and internationally. Candidates should possess a technical background in welding or piping and have prior experience in a similar role within the nuclear sector.
