Lead Supervisor for Piping and Welding Operations

The Ponticelli Frères Group is currently seeking to strengthen its workforce in the Rhône Alpes Region.
In this role, you will engage in construction initiatives and/or industrial maintenance tasks within the nuclear sector.

This is a permanent position based in the Rhône Alpes Region.
The responsibilities associated with this role include the following key areas:
- QSSE ACTIVITIES:
- Organize team tasks to ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards set by the PONTICELLI Group and its clients.
- Communicate and implement all necessary collective and individual preventive measures for the successful execution of the team's work.
- Adhere to operating procedures and risk assessments related to your responsibilities.
- Document and report all safety-related incidents.
- Facilitate safety discussions aligned with the Group's objectives based on project scale.
- Exercise your duty to alert and withdraw in case of imminent danger.
- OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
- Assist in the technical preparation of work assignments.
- Implement best practices, operating procedures, and resources outlined in the intervention documentation.
- Execute assigned tasks while adhering to deadlines, safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.
- Oversee the performance of workers under your supervision.
- Coordinate, monitor, and guide the team's efforts.
- Manage equipment utilized on-site.
- Ensure the proper execution of all work tasks.
- Provide updates to your superiors regarding work progress.
- FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
- Conduct technical and administrative oversight of your team.
- MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
- Support the professional development of your team members by sharing your expertise.
- Participate in the regular evaluation of team performance.
Travel may be required within France and/or internationally (long-distance travel). With a technical background in welding and piping, you should possess prior experience in a similar capacity within a nuclear environment.
