Job Summary:
The Enterprise Risk Manager – 2LoD Capital and Business Risk Management will report to the Team Lead, 2LoD Capital and Business Risk Management within the Enterprise Risk Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion on governance, capital adequacy, capital planning, and stress testing scenarios.
- Work on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes to encompass SREP requirements.
- Participate in stress testing framework development, ensuring consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
- Challenge assumptions and decisions relating to stress test scenarios concerning budget, capital, and liquidity.
- Coordinate annual update of stress testing framework, including scenario development and reverse stress test scenarios.
- Knowledge of prudential regulations and ability to translate regulatory requirements for implementation.
- Participate in annual and quarterly reporting for supervisory management.
- Draft and implement capital and stress test framework and policies.
- Write propositions, 2LOD opinions, and synthesize notes for senior management and regulators.
- Ability to drive and participate in complex projects, such as CRD IV gap analysis, with various stakeholders.
Profile Required:
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in risk and capital management in the financial services industry.
- Ability to drive key deliverables and review the calibration of risk appetite indicators.
- Knowledge of regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or regulatory/supervisory guidelines.
- Experience in capital management projects and analysis of new regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate reviews and convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with knowledge of French a plus.
