Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Officer in Charge of Operations / Energy Propulsion to join our team at Marine Nationale. As an Officer in Charge of Operations / Energy Propulsion, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the maintenance and operation of naval vessels and equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the maintenance and operation of naval vessels and equipment
  • Ensure the safety and security of personnel and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance and operation plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of naval vessels and equipment
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and French
