The OMS ELA Steam Generator platform is at the forefront of delivering services to clients within the ELA region. Expectations for safety, quality, performance, and growth/profitability are paramount for both our clients and internally. To meet these priorities, initiatives are carefully defined and implemented in line with Westinghouse protocols.

The SG products group is responsible for steering the roadmap to fulfill these objectives within the ELA region. Within this group, the Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing projects according to Westinghouse standards to meet project KPIs, foster continuous improvement, stimulate growth, and provide technical support to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and ensure project execution adheres to Westinghouse's project management guidelines, identifying, mitigating, and managing risks and opportunities.
• Lead contract management activities, including compliance, claims, and change management.
• Facilitate monthly project reviews and collaboratively define schedules, resource plans, financial estimates, and risk registers with the Lead Engineer.
• Update schedules, resource demands, and risk registers as necessary, and maintain financial data in the enterprise database.
• Authorize project-related time and expenses and compile project lessons learned.
• Provide technical expertise to assist in problem resolution and support site execution.
• Encourage and generate ideas for continuous improvement, growth, and innovation.
• Participate in the execution of First of a Kind (FOAK) projects.
• During the training phase, engage in on-site services to comprehend the challenges associated with Steam Generator maintenance activities.
• Travel occasionally as required by project needs.

Education and Qualifications:

• Master's Degree with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong interest in project management and technical aspects.
