Missions Principales- Développer et mettre en place la stratégie commerciale appropriée pour les contrats ferroviaires.
- Définir et mettre en place les processus de gestion des contrats, ainsi que les procédures, lignes directrices, formes et modèles pour la zone géographique concernée.
- Fournir des estimations commerciales précises des termes et conditions, des risques et des prévisions lors de la phase de l'offre.
- Assurer le développement et la mise en place des archives de la gestion des contrats, y compris la maintenance des enregistrements contractuels et documentation, correspondance contractuelle, changements contractuels, rapports d'état, outils, etc.
- Veiller à la conformité des contrats clés ou des contrats liés à des projets stratégiques jusqu'à la fin.
- Superviser et guider la préparation des supports des principales réclamations et des principaux désaccords, conformément aux provisions contractuelles.
- Fournir un soutien pour assurer une bonne négociation et une bonne gestion des principaux ordres de modification, afin d'optimiser les échanges.
- Assurer la bonne exécution de la stratégie contractuelle et la mise en place de la documentation appropriée, en fonction de l'évolution du contrat.
- Temps complet.
- Télétravail partiel possible (jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine).
- Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'université, avec une spécialité dans les domaines du Juridique et/ou d'Ingénierie.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le contract management.
- Maîtrise de la gestion des contrats (rédaction, modification, négociation).
- Connaissance des outils de négociation.
- Appétence pour un travail d'équipe.
- Expérience dans la gestion des contrats ferroviaires serait un plus.
- Qualité de leadership serait un plus.
- Niveau de français et d'anglais courant et technique, qui permet d'évoluer aisément dans notre environnement international et industriel.
