DPD France - Operational Manager

DPD France is seeking a skilled Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of its 94 Fresnes agency.

As the right-hand person of the Agency Manager, you will assist in all technical management tasks and team leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and regulations
  • Organize and manage daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Manage human resources: lead and train operating teams to achieve high performance
  • Manage technical resources and infrastructure to support business growth
  • Ensure adequate resource allocation and volume processing
  • Maintain high-quality operational standards
  • Implement and enforce the company's brand image policy

Requirements:

You can demonstrate pedagogy to train and support teams according to DPD France's policy.

You possess strong analytical skills and are proactive in improving internal procedures.

You have a strong command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
