Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Global Market Pricing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Excellence department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Excellence Director in developing market pricing plans that align with our business strategy.
- Lead commercial initiative projects to increase sales efficiency, including business dashboards, sales communities animation, and sales training.
- Collaborate with the global Sales Excellence Manager to drive positive impact in key accounts, marketing, sales, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technology; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of B2B work experience, preferably in the Water Treatment Industry, with a background in commercial activities.
- Experience in developing and executing global sales strategies or plans.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data, and attention to detail.
