Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager Officer.

Vous aurez pour missions :

  • Remplir de façon hebdomadaire un tableau de synthèse des projets
  • Apporter un support aux chefs de projets pour les aider à établir un reporting standard
  • Gérer et animer le processus de reporting destiné à donner une vision globale du portefeuille de projets
  • Elaborer ou diffuser une méthodologie de gestion de projets avec ses règles, processus et modèles de documents (ou "templates", en anglais),
  • Gérer un programme complet (pour mémoire, un programme est un ensemble de projets dépendant les uns des autres et visant à un but commun),
  • Gérer un portefeuille de projets de l'entreprise, c'est-à-dire la validation des demandes de projets, l'arbitrage entre les projets, la priorisation de projet, l'alignement avec la stratégie de l'entreprise, etc.
Qualifications

De formation Bac+5 ou ingénieur industriel, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum sur une fonction de chef de projet industriel.

Vos compétences :

  • Connaissance de une ou plusieurs méthodologies de gestion de projets
  • Est très à l'aise avec la bureautique (notamment avec des tableurs comme Microsoft Excel ou Google Sheets)
  • Organisation de réunion, animer et la clôturer (compte-rendu, etc.) et idem pour un atelier
  • Réaliser un tableau de bord, analyser les chiffres et budget
  • Mise en place et suivre d'un planning
  • Gestion d'un portefeuille de projets
  • Familiarité avec le(s) domaine(s) technique(s) ou avec le "métier" qui sont concernés par ses projets : il/elle peut ainsi échanger avec les divers intervenants qui sont plus ou moins techniques, en comprenant ce qui se passe et en posant des questions pertinentes

Vous évoluez dans un environnement international et multiculturel. A ce titre, votre niveau d'anglais est donc impérativement courant.

Autonome, et rigoureux vous êtes bon communiquant.
