Job Title: Technical Engagement Manager

NextLabs is seeking a highly skilled Technical Engagement Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical engagement efforts with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technical engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners on SAP-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP technical areas, including ABAP programming, RICFW developments, HANA SQL programming, SAP Fiori developments, and OData developments.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in GRC and Security space.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori, and OData.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in SAP PLM and SAP APO.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of IT architecture in the SAP context.
  • Expertise in implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to identify priorities, be decisive, and lead strategic topics on a global basis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and drive customer presentations.
