SAP Technical Engagement Manager

NextLabs, Inc. is a leading provider of data-centric security software solutions for large enterprises. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engagement Manager to join our team in France.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical engagement with customers to understand their security and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with sales and professional services teams to develop and implement data protection and entitlement management solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP security and compliance, including GRC and security space.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure NextLabs remains a leader in data-centric security solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of customer-facing experience, with a strong understanding of working with sales and professional services teams.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP technical areas, including ABAP programming, RICFW developments, HANA SQL programming, SAP Fiori developments, and OData developments.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in GRC and security space.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori, and OData.
- Minimum 1-year experience in SAP PLM and SAP APO.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of IT architecture in the SAP context.
- Expertise in implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to identify priorities, be decisive, and lead strategic topics on a global basis.
- Experience in cloud technologies and SaaS products in the SAP ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to lead and drive customer presentations.
- Expertise in doing presentations to customers, business stakeholders, and architects.
- Ability to understand business requirements and map them to functional and technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with offshore development teams in different time zones.
- Local to France, with the ability to work on-site.
- Good speaking knowledge of English and French.
