Characterisation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Characterisation Engineer to join our team at IC Resources, focusing on GaN/power semiconductor technology in Grenoble.
As a Characterisation Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing test and characterisation plans for GaN components.
- Conducting measurements of power/GaN components.
- Analysing measurement data and creating reports based on the results.
- Implementing test automation in Python.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry (ideally in analog power/semiconductor components).
- Experience with GaN/power components (circuitry, transistors).
- Knowledge of AC-DC converters.
- Proficiency in Python/MATLAB/LabVIEW for scripting.
French language skills are an asset, but not required. The working language is English.
