Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Elis in Strasbourg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for a team of approximately 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Social Policy: Collaborate with the site director and the Group's HR department to develop and implement the social policy, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Personnel Administration: Manage payroll, administrative tasks, and external relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- HR Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- HR Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education degree specializing in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a generalist HR professional in an industrial setting.
- Skills: Strong operational involvement, continuous interaction with diverse site teams, autonomy, flexibility, anticipation, organizational skills, rigor, and charisma.
