Technical Director - Nuclear Reactor Power

As a Technical Director in our International Nuclear Reactor Power division, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, ensuring safety, and delivering excellence in every project we undertake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term plans to elevate EGIS' prominence in the international nuclear reactor power domain.
  • Technical Oversight and Coordination: Organize the activities of our engineering competence centers worldwide, ensuring cohesive efforts and leveraging collective expertise.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead a team of technical professionals dispersed globally, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements across all nuclear reactor power projects.
  • Nuclear Safety Assurance: Prioritize nuclear safety throughout all project stages, implementing rigorous safety protocols and complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Bid Management and Delivery Oversight: Participate in all bidding activities and assume responsibility for technical compliance verification and support throughout the delivery process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field.
  • Over 15 years of extensive experience in nuclear engineering, project management, and technical support for Bidding and Tender document preparation.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the nuclear industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of leading teams effectively in both leading and non-leading capacities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
  • Proficiency in various nuclear technologies, including LWR, PHWR, etc.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for project-related activities.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and other languages is an asset.
