About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multinational Client Executive to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our global insurance solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of multinational service delivery for assigned portfolios, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and oversee all multinational service activities, coordinating communication and project management across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and guidance to stakeholders to ensure effective design and delivery of assigned multinational programs.
  • Provide technical expertise to underwriters to ensure compliant program structures and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the promotion and adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process to deliver elevated service performance and contract certainty.
  • Ensure service fee discipline and lead day-to-day service delivery to meet agreed program SLAs.
  • Partner with underwriters to manage facultative reinsurance panel participants and collect compliant reinsurance documentation.
  • Engage with multinational claims to ensure timely development of claims bulletins and protocols.
  • Monitor performance and escalate where necessary to ensure all agreed service SLAs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures.
  • Client-focused with experience working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
