About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Lead to join our AXA Group Operations team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring optimal cost savings and supplier relationships.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline procurement processes, improve supplier management, and enhance the overall user experience for stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to inform procurement decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in procurement and/or consulting
  • Procurement background is a must
  • Experience working in a matrix and international environment
