Description du Poste

Dans le cadre du développement régional de Devoteam A Cloud France, nous recherchons un Responsable de Projets Cloud qui sera force de proposition dans le processus de transformation digitale de nos clients en conseillant des solutions innovantes en phase avec les besoins et processus métiers.

Missions Principales
  • Structurer et porter assistance au pilotage des différents projets de migrations vers le Cloud.
  • Intervenir sur le suivi transversal du portefeuille de projets pour garantir la cohérence et la qualité des résultats.
  • Suivre et vérifier l'avancement des projets pour identifier les risques et les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Créer et mettre en place des indicateurs liés au portefeuille projets pour évaluer la performance et l'efficacité.
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire, les KPI's, la qualité et les risques du portefeuille projets pour garantir la conformité et la responsabilité.
  • Communiquer sur l'avancée des différents projets pour informer les parties prenantes et les équipes.
  • Réaliser des reportings au management sur l'avancement des projets pour évaluer la performance et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
Qualifications Requises
  • Une solide compréhension de la dimension technique et fonctionnelle des projets IT pour garantir la qualité et la conformité des solutions.
  • Maîtrise des outils de type PlanView, Miro, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerBI pour faciliter la collaboration et la gestion des projets.
  • Capacité à travailler en méthodologies Agile pour adapter les processus et les solutions aux besoins des clients.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse pour évaluer les risques et les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais pour communiquer avec les équipes et les clients.
  • Sens développé de la rigueur et de l'organisation pour hiérarchiser et établir les priorités d'action.
  • Volonté de la partager avec les autres pour promouvoir la collaboration et la connaissance.
