Position Overview:

Minitab is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to support our growth initiatives in France and French-speaking Switzerland. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence and driving customer engagement through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Coordinator for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that generate demand and foster customer relationships. Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and creating tailored marketing plans that address local opportunities and challenges.
  • Implementing effective client acquisition strategies aligned with global marketing objectives, including lead generation, thought leadership initiatives, webinars, and events.
  • Identifying opportunities to adapt and utilize existing marketing content and resources to maximize impact.
  • Enhancing our social media presence to engage target audiences and support brand initiatives.
  • Staying informed about relevant regulations and ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a global perspective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and essential marketing tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
