Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Marketing Strategist to spearhead our marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This position is pivotal in crafting and executing marketing programs that resonate with our customer base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a results-oriented approach, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement EMEA Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with sales and global demand generation teams to design and execute integrated marketing programs tailored for the EMEA market, including key regions such as the UK, Germany, France, Benelux, and Nordics.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing plans, coordinating with teams across events, digital marketing, and content creation. This includes developing custom landing pages, webinars, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Work with corporate teams to produce region-specific content, including videos, blog posts, and social media materials that effectively engage target audiences.
  • Event Promotion: Manage and promote both owned and third-party events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain efficient follow-up procedures for leads, manage campaign reporting, and adapt strategies to optimize marketing qualified leads and revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on demand generation or integrated campaigns, preferably within the IT or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation channels and content strategies, with the ability to implement multi-channel campaigns effectively.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaign measurement and goal setting, with insights into conversion drivers across various channels.
  • Experience in marketing pay-as-you-go software and/or channel marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and projects related to multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Ability to empower sales development teams to amplify campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and possessing a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
