Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Field Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll provide expert clinical and technical support to our customers, helping them to effectively use our products in the operating room. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical support to our customers, including troubleshooting, training, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and technologies, and communicate this information to our customers.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in product training and development programs to stay current with our products and technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge of electrophysiology and medical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
