About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor - VRD to join our team in Bourgoin-Jallieu. Reporting directly to the Works Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing projects according to established directives.
Your Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of construction activities on a designated site or section thereof.
- Effectively supervise team leaders and ensure the smooth execution of tasks by personnel.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and enforce the PPSPS (Plan de Prévention des Risques Spéciaux).
- Oversee the proper utilization of equipment and machinery on site.
- Proactively identify and report any potential issues or non-conformities to the Works Manager.
- Receive and manage site supplies effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to teams during complex tasks.
- Prepare comprehensive daily site logs and reports, documenting progress and activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant directives and regulations, particularly those related to safety.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor - VRD with a proven track record in managing construction projects. You possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
