Transform HR with Strada

Strada is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our HR advisory team, you will work closely with clients to optimize their employee support through digital HR technology, advise on cloud systems, and facilitate successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR transformation strategies and plans for clients
  • Advise clients on how HR information systems and cloud technology can support their HR transformation
  • Engage clients through innovative workshops, events, and communications
  • Transform client business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build client employee engagement through delivery of effective change management
  • Build strong client relationships leading to increased business opportunities
  • Support our sales teams to win new business
  • Manage global projects with occasional travel to client sites

What We Offer:

  • Permanent contract
  • Remote working up to 4 days a week (100% depending on conditions)
  • Remote working support: €40 net/month if 4 days a week
  • Profit-sharing bonus: up to 5% of gross annual salary

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in English
  • Fluent spoken and written French
  • Operational experience in the HR area – Business Partner, HRIS lead, or HR Manager is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis, and process mapping
  • Genuine team player and collaborative worker
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board level
  • Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or Kronos
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audience
