Veepee, a leading digital commerce company, is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead its internal information systems and IT services. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and priorities for all aspects of IT, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic roadmap for managing and improving internal IT systems, including infrastructure, security, and asset management.
- Lead the strategy and priorities for providing user support to over 3,500 employees across Europe, ensuring high-quality service delivery in offices, remote work settings, and logistics sites.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure IT assets are aligned with operational needs and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement automation initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency within the IT department.
- Set the vision and direction for streamlining IT operations, reducing manual workloads, and improving service delivery.
- Manage a multi-million euro budget, ensuring all IT investments support the company's long-term financial and strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of internal information systems, infrastructure, and communication platforms.
- Experience in IT budget management and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good level of English is mandatory.
