Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Cycle Specialist to join our team in the BRETAGNE and PAYS DE LA LOIRE regions. As a Sales Cycle Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our cycle products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in the Cycle department
  • Identifying customer needs and providing personalized guidance
  • Closing sales and meeting sales targets
  • Showcasing products effectively and maintaining a visually appealing store display
  • Recommending products and contributing to commercial operations
  • Representing the company positively and embodying our brand values

Your Skills

We are looking for passionate individuals with a strong interest in sports and sales. As a skilled retailer, your customer service and communication skills will help you meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Regular cycling practice or a passion for cycling and urban mobility will enhance your product knowledge. Enthusiastic by nature, you enjoy working in teams and have strong interpersonal skills. Ideally, you have a sales-related qualification and previous experience in sports, cycling, or urban mobility retail.
