About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Operational Excellence Department as a Right Hand to Chief Operational Performance Officer. This is a unique opportunity to drive top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution, leveraging internal and external expertise and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of the Group transformation program, tracking progress and gains in coordination with all streams' leaders and countries.
- Support the Chief Operational Performance Officer in tasks and projects transversal to the Operational Performance Department, including coordination of the teams.
- Provide operational support to the Operational Performance teams on ad hoc needs, including project management, specific analysis, and internal communication.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master in Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, Finance/Transaction Services, and Financial/Quantitative Analysis.
- Excellent project management skills, including organization, coordination, prioritization, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Fluency in English and French, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- A strong ability to get things done while meeting deadlines, with a structured and organized approach.
