- Participate in financial meetings as required.
Staff Development and Performance
- Organize and validate staff training programs.
- Conduct leadership meetings with staff to discuss performance and goals.
Store Merchandising and Operations Oversight
- Participate in store merchandising and operations planning.
- Monitor and order store supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Responsible for exporting files into accounting software.
Human Resources Management
- Participate in human resources tasks within the store.
- Interview potential employees and handle scheduling.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Fluency in English is required.
