Responsibilities and Missions:

  • Participate in daily meetings with clients to provide updates on machine park status and identify client priorities.

  • Assign maintenance intervention orders based on client priorities and technician skills.

  • Ensure that the SAP maintenance management system is correctly updated by maintenance technicians after their interventions.

  • Ensure that the technical requirements for spare parts are correctly met by maintenance technicians.

  • Challenge spare part delivery times or find alternatives.

  • Challenge specialist and manufacturer intervention times.

  • Be a driving force for improving means reliability, proposing retrofits, and other solutions.

  • Report to the contract manager on the causes of deviations from KPIs: machine availability, preventive maintenance planning, SAP updates, etc.

  • Maintain a technician competence matrix to ensure polyvalence and adaptability to client needs.

  • Security: implement the prevention plan, conduct safety audits, and ensure technicians have the required regulatory training.

  • Participate in continuous process improvement for maintenance.

  • Rigorously respect safety rules adapted to the work environment.



Industrial maintenance degree required.

Your organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and excellent communication skills will be essential for your success.

Daytime positions available.

Groupe ADF values a strong industrial background and experience with hazardous situation reporting.

Valid driver's license (B permit) required.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
