Join the Legal Affairs and Compliance Department at Compagnie des Alpes, a prominent player in the ski resort and leisure park industry. As an integral part of our Corporate / M&A team, you will work under the guidance of the Legal Corporate / M&A manager and engage in a variety of responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the corporate governance of the CDA SA group holding, which is publicly traded on Euronext, and aid in the preparation of its comprehensive registration documentation;
- Contribute to restructuring initiatives, significant financial transactions, establishment of new entities, and investments within the CDA group, while also supporting the routine management of various legal entities (including drafting corporate documents and ensuring compliance with formalities);
- Engage in M&A initiatives and the preparation of all associated documentation (such as NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, and shareholder agreements);
- Conduct ongoing legal research on Corporate / M&A issues, particularly focusing on corporate law, governance, and stock market regulations;
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools for tracking the Group's subsidiaries and investments, including the management of a legal database.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Business Law or Corporate Law, preferably with prior internship experience in Corporate / M&A, either in a corporate legal department or a law firm.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate precision, independence, quick thinking, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Proficiency in office software and a strong command of English are essential for this role.
