Clinical Trials Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Trial Leader will provide leadership and direction to the trial team, ensuring the overall success of the clinical trial. This includes steering and directing the trial, including patient and site engagement activities, direct communications, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Trial Preparation:

The Clinical Trial Leader is responsible for trial preparation, including planning, budgeting, feasibility, engagement plans, recruitment, and vendor identification and selection.

Trial Conduct and Management:

The Clinical Trial Leader will oversee trial conduct and management, including coordination of internal cross-functional teams, oversight of vendors, and core document management.

Trial Closeout and Reporting:

The Clinical Trial Leader will ensure trial closeout and reporting, including support for data cleaning and delivery, CTR redaction, and publication of trial data.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 6 years of experience in international clinical trials management. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as scientific and operational expertise.
