We are seeking a highly skilled Product Definition Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a Product Definition Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess Requirements
- Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of our processes, services, and usage of end-user products.
- Size specification and validation work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Carry out Functional Design
- Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications to ensure clear and concise communication with stakeholders.
- Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
- Overview Validation
- Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy and review test plans to ensure compliance of delivered functionality and system integrity.
- Ensure traceability of tests with specifications and investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to ensure production integrity.
- Manage Relations with Key Stakeholders
- Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Interface with customers during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in Team Events
- Support team stakeholders by participating in team ceremonies, such as Agile forums, Team meetings, and Solution assessments, to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
