Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations F&B Coordinator to join our team at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in our restaurants and bars, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Take and manage reservations, as well as respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with our restaurant team to ensure seamless service and a high level of quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring our service to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with our colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are met, from check-in to check-out.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and procedures, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Fluency in French and English, with a minimum of B1 level proficiency.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
