Notre Data Manager a pour rôle d'assister le data officer de notre Direction Pilotage Actuariat et Fraude dans les missions suivantes :
- Mise en place de la gouvernance des données de la direction et pour cela :
> Définition et déploiement de la stratégie de gestion des données (roadmap, plan d'actions, comitologie), assurance de la cohérence avec la stratégie du groupe ;
> Identification des rôles de gestion des données au sein des équipes métier (Data Owner, Data Steward ;
> Conduite du changement : acculturation, formation, partage de bonnes pratiques.
- Construction de la stratégie et pilotage de la documentation des données et notamment de :
> Définition d'une méthodologie de documentation, en lien avec la Data Office ;
> Encadrement, animation, accompagnement de la documentation des données par les Data Stewards ;
> Pilotage et accompagnement des équipes dans la démarche de mise en qualité des données ;
> Identification des cas d'usage à forte valeur ajoutée ;
> Définition des règles de qualité avec les Data Owners / Data Stewards ;
> Mise en place des contrôles et les suivis adéquats ;
> Coordonnation de l'investigation, la résolution des problèmes de non-qualité.
De formation supérieure en gestion de projets, vous disposez d'une expérience significative en actuariat/pilotage produits d'assurance et des projets Data & IA et/ou avez occupé la fonction de Data Manager pendant au moins 3 ans ;
Votre rigueur, vos capacités à fédérer et à gérer les priorités font parties de votre ADN ;
Vous savez structurer et synthétiser l'information et êtes sensible au respect de la réglementation et de la conformité en matière de sécurité sur la donnée.
