Job Summary:

The Accountant Buyer is responsible for managing the accounting process, from issuing purchase orders to supplier invoicing, within the framework of budgetary, accounting, and public procurement control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the compliance of supplies, services, and provisions
  • Recover invoices under Chorus
  • Check the data and documents of invoicing within the framework of contracts and public procurement
  • Prepare purchase orders, receipts, and liquidations up to authorization
  • Provide information and advice to third parties, including supplier follow-up and settlement of disputes
  • Check the application of accounting rules and public procurement procedures in supplier invoicing
  • Complete documents and files, including activity sheets and traceability
  • Treat T2A revenue titles, ARS allocation, monthly P, and various revenues
  • Monitor investment purchases
  • Verify and process stock balances
  • Process pay liquidations and authorizations
  • Submit online monthly VAT declarations on the tax site
  • Manage, control, and monitor meals taken at the staff restaurant
  • Provide information and advice to third parties in its field of activity, including deceased persons' affairs and coffee machine
  • Control HELIOS system status editions from the Treasury

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or management (minimum BAC) desired
  • Mastering accounting entries
  • Analyze data, dashboards, and justify results
  • Argue, influence, and convince one or more interlocutors
  • Classify various data, information, and documents

Desired Skills:

  • Comfort in using economic and financial management software
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Word
  • Writing skills for handling supplier correspondence, DGFIP, etc.
