Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Programme Change Management Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Implementation: Collaborate with the project team to implement and continually review the Programme Change Management Plan.
- Update Change Register: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Change Register, reflecting the status of changes within the project.
- Monitor Project Changes: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Support Change Committee: Assist in managing the Change Committee, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Present Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package, identifying opportunities for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of Change Management Principles: A solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in Building Relationships: Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence others.
- Collaborative and Accountable: A collaborative and accountable approach, with a focus on delivering targets and meeting deadlines.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Commercially Astute: Commercially astute with project management familiarity, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Change Management Certification: Change Management certification (desirable).
- Proficiency with CEMAR: Proficiency with CEMAR Contract Management Software (desirable).
- Understanding of NEC4: Understanding of NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract or willingness to learn.
