Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Vendôme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and business law, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Handle legal secretarial tasks and administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in internal article writing for various departments, providing expert insights and analysis.
• Conduct legal monitoring on business and corporate law topics, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
• Assist clients with legal organization and provide advice on business law matters, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in Corporate Law or Business Law, with a strong academic record.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and document drafting, with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional qualities required: analytical, team player, proactive, adaptable, reliable.
