Job Title: Global Category Manager - Spice & Herbs

We are seeking an experienced Global Category Manager to lead our Spice & Herbs category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales, sourcing, and product management strategies to drive growth and profitability in this category.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Spice & Herbs category
  • Source high-quality ingredients from suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality
  • Manage product development and launch processes to ensure timely and cost-effective introduction of new products
  • Lead a team of product managers and sourcing specialists to achieve category goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies
About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in the spices and herbs industry, with a strong understanding of the B2B value chain
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a category management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Fluent in English and French, with additional languages a plus
  • Circular economy mindset and experience in purchasing/selling internationally
