We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Engineering to lead our platform engineering group, driving the development of our AI-powered customer support platform for e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a large cross-functional engineering team (45+ engineers) to deliver reliable core APIs, comprehensive documentation, and enhanced developer experience.
- Ensure service maturity standards in disaster recovery, monitoring coverage, and security practices.
- Drive the team to enhance the overall developer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience leading and scaling exceptional cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Java), Data Tooling (Kafka), and DB's (Clickhouse, Postgres).
- Exceptional leadership experience with prior experience at Director/VP of Engineering level.
- Experience working within large-scale data environments.
